Who We Are

Introducing THREE60: The Housing Request of Entertainment Empire 60

Welcome to THREE60, the dynamic dance collective serving as the hub of Scottish Street Dance. As a collective, we embody the essence of Street dance and African Diasporic dance forms, fostering a vibrant community that transcends performance and choreography to embrace the rich tapestry of street culture. Under the acronym 'THREE60,' which stands for The Housing Request of Entertainment Empire 60, we've become a pioneering force in Scotland's dance industry.

Our journey as Three60 dance collective has been marked by a commitment to inclusivity, education, and community building. Through a diverse range of Street dance styles and African Diasporic dance forms, we've programmed and performed at events, taught classes, and organized workshops that resonate with communities across Scotland. Our collective expertise extends beyond dance; we are dedicated to supporting and educating new generations of dancers, preparing them for successful careers in Scotland's dance industry and beyond.

At the heart of our collective mission is the determination to dismantle barriers that limit the scope of professional dance in Scotland. We accomplish this by offering accessible classes, nurturing emerging talents, and leveraging the experimental techniques of experienced choreographers. Through open format classes and family-style organizing, we engage in meaningful conversations about sustaining a dance practice, broadening the entry points for professional opportunities, and preserving the exceptional talent within Scotland.

Noteworthy achievements of THREE60 include the birth of some of Scotland's strongest dancers, many of whom have made significant contributions to the dance industry, performing with well-known artists and contributing to popular shows. Over 50% of our dancers have turned their passion into a livelihood, exemplifying the impact of our collective efforts.
