Steve Stuart Joins three60 Board

three60 Property Investors Ltd. is delighted to welcome local entrepreneur and corporate financier Steve Stuart to its Board of Directors.
Steve Stuart is head of The Steve Stuart Partnership, which he formed in 2002 to provide proactive and strategic corporate finance advice to entrepreneurial businesses. Steve was born and bred in Liverpool and has worked in the city for most of his professional career.
Steve was the driving force behind the creation of Merseyside Special Investment Fund in the mid 1990s — never before had anyone seen the opportunity to leverage Objective 1 funding to regenerate regional economies using venture capital principles in such an innovative way. The MSIF model has since been replicated in the UK and is now being rolled out across the EU.
Steve has 25 years’ corporate finance experience, was formerly an Ernst & Young Corporate Finance Partner, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
Steve was recently named Dealmaker of the Year by the Insider Liverpool Professional Awards 2007. Steve also won the award in 2006, which is given to the corporate financier who has made the biggest impact on the scene in the past year.
three60 delivers commercial property investment and development solutions and is part of PLUS Housing Group. Some of three60’s profits are invested in homes and neighbourhoods through PLUS Housing Group’s core business activities.
three60 operates within the high value residential and commercial property sectors across the North of England and has established a £100m fund with financial backing from The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).
