
three60 Property Investors Ltd: investing along the Northern Way

three60 Property Investors Ltd officially launched with an event at Manchester’s Harvey Nichols Bar & Brasserie, on Thursday, 9 March.
This new commercial venture works collaboratively with market leaders to maximise investment and development opportunities along the Northern Way, an area identified by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister as a priority for investment and regeneration. three60 has secured a £50 million financing package with The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).
As a subsidiary of the PLUS Group, three60 is able to deliver commercial property investment and development solutions as part of a holistic approach to sustainable urban regeneration.
three60 operates within the high value residential and commercial property sectors. The company seeks to build a substantial commercial property portfolio and development programme, and is actively seeking joint partners.
The RBS Corporate Property Team in Liverpool provided a £50 million finance package to the three60 business. The company’s total fund size is £62.5 million, which three60 aims to increase to £100 million over five years.
A subsidiary of PLUS Group, three60 has the ability to respond flexibly to the investment market, whilst enjoying the security of a parent group with asset backing of £160 million.
